1.Full Service Planning
The Full Wedding Planning service is for couples who feel they need the full support and experience of a wedding planner. At the initial consultation, we will really get to know your ideas and wishes for your wedding and any style you have in mind. We will then use our experience, contacts, creativity and planning skills to put all of this together to create the wedding of your dreams! You will be in control every step of the way and we will tailor all services to your circumstances. Consultations and appointments will be made at your convenience only with the best suppliers we feel are right for your wedding. Using a luxury wedding planner means you get the best prices from suppliers and you will be able to enjoy the run up to your wedding. We attend all necessary meetings to ensure continuity and we are in constant contact with suppliers to arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day. Similarly on the wedding day, we will be in attendance from start to finish to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all of the arrangements.

2.Partial Planning
Things start to really step up a gear in the final weeks before your wedding, as suppliers ask for final decisions and all the outstanding tasks become pretty urgent. This is where I come in. Bring me up to speed with everything you’ve planned so far and I’ll pull everything together for you, catching any overlooked details and co-ordinating your team of suppliers. I’ll make sure your plans are flawless, using my expertise to fill any gaps. And on the day you can relax knowing I’ll be there to oversee the smooth running of all your hard work, from styling your venue to making sure guests are looked after.
Starting between 6 months & 6 weeks prior to your wedding, this service can include:
Full review of all your current plans, joint venue visit, unlimited phone calls, Skype and emails, final supplier logistics/booking, supplier meetings, completion of outstanding wedding admin, contract and payment schedule review, comprehensive wedding day schedule, supplier and venue scheduling, ceremony rehearsal management, final design detail suggestions, wedding day schedule and management including supplier liaison.
3.Wedding Day Management
When you picture your wedding day in your mind, you might see the heartfelt ceremony and your eyes meeting for the first time, or maybe your loved ones in party mode hitting the dance floor. What I know you’re not picturing is having a running order in one hand and phone in the other as you field queries all day! Hand over the management of your day to me and I’ll make sure that the only thing on your mind is marrying the love of your life as I oversee the smooth running of every detail.
Starting 6 weeks prior to your wedding, this service can include:
Full review of all your current plans, unlimited phone calls, Skype and emails, comprehensive wedding day schedule, supplier and venue on the day scheduling, wedding day schedule and management including supplier liaison, venue set up and styling including decorations, table settings, lighting, music, emergency kit e.g safety pins, sewing kit, tissues, coordination of order of events including the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, couple and guest assistance, toast mastering and any other announcement.
